Chive-Stuffed Chicken Breasts

Ingredients

6 Boneless skinless chicken breast
8 oz Whipped cream cheese with chives and onions
1 tsp Butter
12 Bacon strips

Directions

  1. Flatten chicken to 1/2 in thickness
  2. Spread 3 Tbsp cream cheese over each piece
  3. Dot with butter
  4. Sprinkle with salt
  5. Roll up chicken breast
  6. Wrap each piece in bacon strip
  7. Place seam down in a greased baking pan
  8. Bake uncovered at 400 for 35-40 minutes
  9. Broil 6 inches from heat for 5 minutes or until bacon on crisp
