Maple Teriyaki Salmon Fillets

Ingredients

1/3 cup Apple juice
2 T Onions finely chopped
1/3 cup Maple syrup
2 Garlic cloves, minced
3 T Soy sauce
4 Salmon fillets

Directions

  1. In a bowl combine first 5 ingredients. Remove 1/2 cup for basting. Cover and refrigerate. Pour remaining marinade into a large re-sealable plastic bag. Add salmon, seal and turn to coat. Refrigerate 1-3 hours. Drain and discard marinade. Broil salmon 4" from the heat for 5 minutes. Baste with remaining marinade. Broil 10 minutes longer or until fish flakes easily with a fork; basting frequently.
