Potato Supreme

Ingredients

2 lbs. Frozen shredded hash browns, Thawed
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 stick butter, divided in half
1/2 cup chopped onions
2/3 cup milk
8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
1 pint sour cream
1 teaspoon garlic salt
2 cups crushed cornflakes

Directions

  1. Melt 1/2 stick butter in 9x13 pan. Pour in hash browns. Mix together all ingredients except corn flakes, pour over hash browns. Mix the corn flakes and 1/2 stick melted butter. Sprinkle on top and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour 15 minutes.
