Watergate Cake

Ingredients

1 box white cake mix
1 (3.4 oz) pkg instant pistachio pudding
1/2 cup walnuts
3 eggs
1 cup club soda
1 cup oil
FROSTING
1 pkg Dream Whip
1 1/2 cup milk (cold)
1 (3.4 oz) pkg instant pistachio pudding

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Mix cake mix and pudding
  3. Add eggs, oil, and walnuts.
  4. Stir and add club soda, Mix until blended.
  5. Beat 4 mins at medium speed
  6. Place in a greased-floured pan
  7. Bake for 45-50 mins
  8. To make frosting beat dream whip and cold milk on high speed until it starts to peak
  9. Gradually add pudding mix and continue beating until light and fluffy
  10. Remove cake from pan and let cool
  11. Spread icing on cake and refrigerate
