Sausage Gravy

Ingredients

1 lb sausage
4 Tbsp butter
7 Tbsp flour
4 cup milk
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp black pepper

Directions

  1. Brown sausage
  2. Add butter and flour and continue cooking 5 mins
  3. Add milk, salt, and black pepper. Continue to stir frequently until gravy becomes thick (usually 10 mins)
