| 1/2 tsp mustard powder |
| 1/2 tsp cayenne |
| 1/2 tsp chicken bouillon powder |
| 1 tsp onion powder |
| 3/4 granulated garlic (or 1/2 tsp garlic powder) |
| hot sauce (to taste, optional) |
| 1/2 tsp black pepper |
| 1/2 tsp salt |
| 1 1/2 cups sharp cheddar, shredded |
| 6 oz (or 1/2 cup) velveeta cheese, chunked |
| 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded |
| 3/4 cup gruyere cheese |
