| 3 lb sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes |
| 1/4 cup Teriyaki or Soy Sauce |
| 1/4 cup light brown sugar, packed |
| 3 TBSP olive oil |
| 2 TBSP fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped |
| 3 cloves garlic, minced |
| 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes |
| 2 tsp steak seasoning, divided (Mesquite, Montreal, Chicago, Kansas City) |
| black pepper, to taste |
| 1 large red bell pepper, sliced |
| 1 large orange or yellow bell pepper, sliced |
| 1 large sweet onion, sliced |
