Peanut Butter Protein Balls

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups oats
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
1 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup honey (or maple syrup)

Directions

  1. Combine all dry ingredients: oats, protein powder, mini chocolate chips
  2. Add honey and peanut butter and mix thoroughly until completely combined
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  4. Roll into bite-size balls and place on parchment paper
  5. Refrigerate until firm. Combine into a storage container and keep refrigerated.
