Souper Burger

Ingredients

1 lb lean ground beef
1 can condensed cheddar cheese soup
1/8 tsp black pepper
1 medium onion
2 TBSP ketchup
6 hamburger buns

Directions

  1. Heat large, non-stick skillet over medium-high heat
  2. Add beef and onion; cook until browned and onion is tender, stirring often to break up the beef
  3. Discard the fat
  4. Stir in soup, ketchup, and pepper
  5. Bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally
  6. Serve on toasted hamburger buns
