Cheesy Bean Dip

Ingredients

2 cups (8 oz) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
2 cups (8oz) shredded Cheddar cheese
16 oz refried beans
8 oz cream cheese; softened
2 tbsp Taco seasoning
8 oz sour cream
1 bag tortilla chips

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine cheeses; set aside 2 cups for topping.
  2. Add the beans, cream cheese, Taco seasoning, and sour cream to the remaining cheese.
  3. Transfer to a greased 2-qt baking dish; sprinkle with the reserved cheeses.
  4. Bake uncovered at 350 for 20-30 minutes or until bubbly around the edges. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
