Salsa

Ingredients

28 oz Whole Tomatoes With Juice
4.5 oz Diced Green Chiles
1/4 cup Onion (Chopped)
1 large Garlic cloves (Minced)
3/4 tsp Suger
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Cumin
1/8 tsp Chili powder
1 Whole lime juice
taste Cilantro (Chopped)

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Use less green chilies for a milder taste.
  2. Refrigerate salsa for at least an hour. Serve with tortilla chips or cheese nachos
