Filling: 1 cup powder sugar. 8 oz cream cheese. 1/2 tsp vanilla.
Mix eggs at high speed for 5 minutes. Add sugar and pumpkin to eggs. Add remaining ingredients. Blend well. Bake on greased and floured sheet pan at 375 for 15 minutes. Turn onto towel floured with powder sugar. Roll up while hot. Cool. Filling: Combine ingredients, beating rapidly until smooth and creamy. Spread on unrolled cake. Refill and chill.
