Chicken Casserole

Ingredients

1 Whole chicken cooked and deboned. I use a rotisserie pre-cooked chicken from the deli
2 cans Chicken noodle soup
1 1/2 teaspoon Dried onion flakes
1 can Cream of mushroom soup
1 tube Ritz crackers, crushed
1/2 (1/4 cup) Stick butter

Directions

  1. Mix together chicken, soups, and onion flakes. Place in a greased 9"x12" casserole dish. Melt butter and combine with crackers. Press on top of casserole, bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until brown.
