Key Lime Pie

Ingredients

1 can Sweet condensed milk
1/2 cup Key lime juice
3 Egg yolks
1/2 cup Heavy cream
1 Graham cracker pie shell

Directions

  1. Whisk all together. Bake at 300 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. Be careful of too high temperature and overbaking which results in a curdled filling.
