Chewy Ginger Snaps

Ingredients

3/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup molasses
1 cup brown sugar
1 egg
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
2 teaspoons ground ginger

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. in large bowl combine oil, molasses, brown sugar and egg. Add flour , baking soda, salt, cloves, cinnamon and ginger. stir until combined. Roll dough into 1" balls. place on parchment paper line baking sheet 2" apart. bake 10 to 15 minutes or untilslightly golden brown. cool completely.
