Five Hour Beef Stew

Ingredients

2 lbs Stew Meat
2 cups V-8 juice
2 Onions, Diced
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
6 Carrots, sliced
1 cup Celery, sliced
3 Tbsp Tapioca
4-5 Potatoes cut into 1" cubes
1 Slice Bread
1 bag Frozen Peas

Directions

  1. Place in order into a heavy roaster. Cover and bake for 5 hours at 250 degrees.
