Maryland Crab Cakes
Ingredients
1 lb. fresh lump crabmeat
1/2 cup mayo
1 large egg
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. old bay
12-15 saltine crackers, crushed
1 cup oil
Directions
Stir mayo, egg, mustard, and old bay in a medium bowl.
Fold in crabmeat and crackers.
Let stand for 3 minutes.
Shape into 6 large cakes or 8 small.
Place on a plate lined with parchment paper.
Cover and chill for 1 hour.
Fry cakes in hot oil over medium heat for 3-4 minutes.
Drain on paper towels.
