Cube and cook chicken. While chicken is cooking make rice. After chicken is done add in cream cheese and green enchilada sauce. Then you have two options you can mix rice with chicken and spoon into torillas shells or you can layer them in the shell with a scoop of each. Top with cheese then fold shell closed. Glue torilla shut with red sauce and top with more cheese. Bake in the over until cheese is melted. About 10 mins.
