Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

6 1/2 oz artichoke
2 tbsp chopped onions
1 tbsp butter; softened
10 oz frozen chopped spinach; thawed and drained
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
2 cups Colby-Jack shredded cheese
1/2 cup milk
3/4 tsp Creole seasoning

Directions

  1. In a skillet, saute artichokes and onions in butter until onions are tender.
  2. Stir in spinach and Parmesan cheese. Cook over low heat until spinach is heated through.
  3. Add Colby-Jack cheese, milk, and Creole seasoning.
  4. Heat until cheese is melted.
  5. Serve immediately with vegetables, tortillas chips, toasted bread, or crackers.
