Vegetable Pizza

Ingredients

8 oz crescent rolls
8 oz cream cheese; softened
1/2 envelop ranch dressing mix
1/4 cup mayo
1 tbsp milk
1/2 cup broccoli; chopped
1/2 cup cauliflower; chopped
1/2 cup carrots; chopped
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions

  1. Unroll crescent roll dough; spread on to baking sheet, pressing edges to seal.
  2. Bake according to directions on can until light golden brown. Cool
  3. Mix cream cheese, ranch dressing mix, mayo, and milk in a medium bowl. Spread over cooled crust.
  4. Top with vegetables pressing to secure to cream cheese layer. Top with cheeses.
