Hot Dog Chili

Ingredients

2 lbs ground beef (70/30)
2 TBSP chili powder
1 TBSP pepper
1/2 TBSP salt
1/2 TBSP garlic powder
2 TBSP onion powder
1 cube beef bouillon
1 small can Hunt's tomato sauce
24 oz Hunt's ketchup

Directions

  1. Brown ground beef and break into fine consistency
  2. Drain beef and return to pot
  3. Add all other ingredients and let simmer 1 hour
  4. NOTE: For additional spice, add cayenne, pepper, habanera pepper, or increase black pepper or chili powder
