Oreo Truffles

Ingredients

1 8oz pkg cream cheese
1 pkg Oreos (regular)
1 pkg/tray melting chocolate

Directions

  1. Set out cream cheese to reach room temperature.
  2. Grind Oreos in food processor until fine.
  3. Combine Oreos and cream cheese well.
  4. Melt chocolate according to package instructions.
  5. Roll Oreo balls in chocolate and place on wax paper to harden.
  6. Refrigerate or freeze until served.
  7. Note: You can make a variation of truffles by pairing different flavored Oreos with milk, white, or dark chocolate.
