Mexican Cheese Dip
Ingredients
1/2 lb block, cubed Land O' Lakes White American cheese
2 TBSP diced green chiles, chopped super fine
1 tsp garlic powder
3/4 to 1 cup milk
to taste salt and pepper
Directions
In a sauce pan, combine cheese, chiles, garlic powder, and milk
Heat on medium heat for 10-12 minutes, until cheese has melted
Once melted, if the cheese to still too thick, add more milk to thin it out to desired consistency
Season with salt and pepper to taste
