Mexican Cheese Dip

Ingredients

1/2 lb block, cubed Land O' Lakes White American cheese
2 TBSP diced green chiles, chopped super fine
1 tsp garlic powder
3/4 to 1 cup milk
to taste salt and pepper

Directions

  1. In a sauce pan, combine cheese, chiles, garlic powder, and milk
  2. Heat on medium heat for 10-12 minutes, until cheese has melted
  3. Once melted, if the cheese to still too thick, add more milk to thin it out to desired consistency
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste
