Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredients

3 cups sweet potatoes (cooked and smash)
1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs (beaten)
1/2 cup brown sugar (packed)
1/4 cup flour
1/2 cup pecans or walnuts (chopped)
1/3 cup milk
2 1/2 Tbsp butter

Directions

  1. Combine 1/2 cup melted butter with potatoes, sugar, eggs, and milk; mix well
  2. Pour into 2-quart casserole dish
  3. Combine brown sugar, flour, melted butter, and nuts. Sprinkle over sweet potatoes
  4. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
