Frozen Butterbeer

Ingredients

1/2 cup heavy cream
1 1/2 Tbsp powdered sugar
2 cups cream soda
2 Tbsp. butterscotch syrup
Extra butterscotch to drizzle over the top
Ice, blended into a fine snowy powder

Directions

  1. With a stand or hand mixer, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  2. Add powdered sugar and continue to mix on high until stiff peaks form.
  3. Fill an icing bag (optional) and set aside.
  4. Pour about two ounces of cream soda into each glass.
  5. Add one tablespoon of butterscotch syrup to each (add a little more if you want a stronger butterscotch flavor).
  6. Stir until cream soda and butterscotch are blended.
  7. Place snowy ice into two glasses.
  8. Divide the remaining cream soda between the two glasses and stir gently. Don't stir too much though or you'll lose some of the carbonation.
  9. Top butterbeer with whipped topping.
  10. Drizzle with butterscotch syrup and enjoy.
