Mexican Blend

Ingredients

4 Tbsp Chili Powder
2 Tbsp Garlic Powder
2 Tbsp Onion Powder
1 Tbsp Salt
1 Tbsp Paprika
1 Tbsp Cumin
1 Tbsp Black Pepper
1 Tbsp Dried Oregano

Directions

  1. Makes about 1/2 cup of seasoning. Sprinkle generously on steak and chicken when cooking for fajitas. Use about 2 Tbsp when making tocos with 1/2 cup water and 1/2 teaspoon of cornstarch. Always mix cornstarch with cold water to prevent clumping.
