Meat Loaf

Ingredients

2.25 lbs ground beef
1 Tbsp. mustard
1.5 lbs ground pork
2 slices bread
1/3 cup oatmeal
1 cup tomato sauce
4 eggs
1 medium onion
1 teaspoon salt
5 ounces evaporated milk
1 lb cubed cheese
1/4 cup catsup
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard

Directions

  1. Mix first 10 ingredients together, place in a baking pan and bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour.
  2. Mix last three ingredients together, and spread over meat loaf.
  3. Place back in the oven for 10 minutes.
