Creamy Broccoli and Chicken Penne

Ingredients

12 oz penna pasta
2 cup Cooked Chicken (rotisserie chicken)
2 cup broccoli florets
2 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup chicken broth
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tbsp butter
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

Directions

  1. Cooke penne pasta, in last 2 mins of cooking add broccoli
  2. In large skillet, heat olive oil, add garlic and sauté for 1 minute
  3. Pour in heavy cream, chicken broth, parmesan cheese, Italian season, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 4 minutes.
  4. Add butter and stir until melted.
  5. Toss in chicken, pasta, and broccoli.
  6. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top, cover, and let it melt for 2 mins.
