Funnel Cakes

Ingredients

1 3/4 cup flour
1 t baking soda
1 1/2 t baking powder
1/2 t salt
4 T sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
1 t vanilla

Directions

  1. Combine dry ingredients then add to wet ingredients. Use a funnel or large spoon to drizzle swirls of batter into hot oil. Brown on both sides. Remove and top with powder sugar.
