Funnel Cakes

Ingredients

1 3/4 cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
4 Tbsp sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
1 tsp vanilla
powdered sugar for dusting

Directions

  1. Combine dry ingredients, then add to wet ingredients.
  2. Use a funnel or large spoon to drizzle swirls of batter into hot oil.
  3. Brown on both sides.
  4. Remove and top with powdered sugar.
