Breakfast RAY salad
Ingredients
2 apples (I used Granny Smith and Golden Delicious)
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1/3 cup granola
1/4 cup golden raisins
6 oz. vanilla yogurt
Directions
Core apples and cut into medium cubes
Combine cubed apples, cinnamon, and lemon juice in a medium bowl
Add granola, raisins, and yogurt; Mix well to coat all ingredients with yogurt
Refrigerate 2 hours prior to serving
