Place whole cookies in bottom of 9x13 pan, single layer. Make pudding according to directions. Pour pudding over cookies. Let cool. Top with cool whip. Crush some of remaining cookies and sprinkle on top of cool whip. Refrigerate several hours for cookies to soften up.
