Turkey Rolls

Ingredients

1 loaf White bread
2 Eggs
1/2 cup Chopped onion
3/4 stick Butter
7-10 slices Turkey breast, thick cut
12 oz Turkey gravy
To taste Salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450
  2. Tear bread into small pieces into a large bowl
  3. Cover bowl with dish towel and let sit 2-4 hours or overnight
  4. Combine bread, eggs, onion, salt, pepper and butter into moist stuffing mixture
  5. Form 1/2 cup ovals of stuffing
  6. Wrap each stuffing oval inside of one piece of turkey breast and place seam down in dish
  7. Cover rolls with turkey gravy and foil
  8. Bake 45 minutes until eggs are cooked thru
  9. NANAS LAZY WAY; Use stove top stuffing instead of making your own. Proceed as above cover with foil and bake 30 minutes in 350F oven.
