Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients

2 cups Elbow macaroni
1 c Small-curd cottage cheese
1 c Sour cream
2 Eggs
1/2 tsp salt
dash pepper
1/2 c grated mozzarella cheese
1/2 c grated Swiss cheese
8 oz grated sharp American cheese
1/3 c heavy whipping cream
6 cheese slices
dash paprika

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Cook macaroni according to package directions, drain well.
  3. Combine cottage cheese, sour cream, egg, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add shredded cheese and mix well.
  5. Stir in cooked macaroni, place in a greased 9 inch square baking dish.
  6. Drizzle whipping cream on top and shake dish to settle, top with cheese slices.
  7. Sprinkle with paprika and bake for 45 minutes.
