Shelley's Meatballs

Ingredients

3 lbs ground meat
3 TBSP Italian seasoning
2 eggs
Italian seasoned bread crumbs (enough to make it stick together)
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
4 TBSP onion, chopped
2 jars Classico Fire Roasted Tomato and Garlic Red Sauce
parchment paper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  3. Mix ground meat, Italian seasoning, eggs, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, and onion until thoroughly blended
  4. Form into meatballs about tablespoon size and place on parchment paper
  5. Bake for 30 minutes
  6. Remove from oven and let cook 10-15 minutes
  7. Combine both jars of pasta sauce and cooked meatballs into sauce pan or crockpot and warm
