Pulled Pork BBQ

Ingredients

4 lb Pork roast
1 1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup vinegar
6 Tbls lemon juice
8 Tbls Worcestershire sauce
1 cup brown sugar
2 cup water
2 tsp salt
3 tsp chili powder
3 tsp paprika

Directions

  1. Cook roast until tender (can cook in crock-pot for 8-10 hours on low with 3/4 cup water).
  2. When done cut off all fat and cut into small pieces.
  3. Mix remaining ingredients for sauce and bring to a boil, pour over roast.
  4. NOTE this freezes well for later.
