Hot Crab Dip

Ingredients

16 oz cream cheese; softened
1/2 pint sour cream
3 tbsp mayo
11/2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 to 1/2 cup milk
1 tbsp sherry or brandy
1 tbsp dry mustard
1 lb lump crabmeat
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
dash paprika
1 loaf toasted Italian bread

Directions

  1. Blend cream cheese, sour cream, mayo, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, milk, sherry/brandy, and dry mustard.
  2. Stir in crab meat and 1/2 cup of cheese.
  3. Pour into a buttered baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese and paprika.
  4. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Serve warm with bread.
