Creamy Coleslaw

Ingredients

4 cups shredded cabbage
1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 Tbsp splenda
1/2 cup mayo
1 or 2 carrots shredded

Directions

  1. In small bowl mix last 3 ingredients together then pour over shredded cabbage and carrots, mix to coat cabbage and carrots. chill 2 to 24 hours before using.
