Cheesy potato beef bake

Ingredients

1 lb Ground beef
2 cans (4oz each) Mushroom stems and pieces, drained
2 (5 1/4 oz) packages Au gratin potatoes
4 cups Boiling water
1 1/3 cup Milk
2 teaspoon Butter
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/2teaoon Seasoned salt
1/2 teaspoon Pepper
1cup (4 oz) Shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. In a skillet over med heat, cook meat until no longer pink; drain. Place into a greased 13x9 baking dish. Top with mushrooms. Combine potatoes and contents of sauce mix packets, water, milk, butter, salt, seasoned salt and pepper. Pour over beef and mushrooms. Cover and bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
