Royal Icing

Ingredients

4 tsp dehydrated egg white
3 1/4 cup powder sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
1/4 cup water

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients for 5-10 minutes or until stiff peaks form. If it is too thick add more water.
  2. Store in refrigerator in an airtight container.
  3. Make designs and let dry overnight before using for decorations.
