Cheesy Vegetable Bake

Ingredients

2 cups chicken (chunks)
1 can (10 3/4 oz) cream of celery soup
4 oz cheddar cheese, shredded
2-10 oz packages vegetables, frozen
1/4 cup milk
1 package (12 rolls) refrigerator flaky dinner rolls
1 can chicken broth

Directions

  1. In a medium sauce pan, combine chicken chunks, chicken broth, and one chicken broth can full of water
  2. Over high heat, bring contents to a boil
  3. Reduce heat and simmer 10-12 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through
  4. Cook refrigerator flaky dinner rolls per package instructions
  5. Preheat over to 350
  6. Cook vegetables per package instructions
  7. Drain vegetables well
  8. Mix milk, soup, and cheese in a medium bowl
  9. Add drained vegetables and chicken chunks
  10. Pour mixture into 3-qt baking dish
  11. Bake 30-40 minutes, until bubbly
  12. Serve over flaky dinner rolls
