Ranch and Cheese Potato Packets

Ingredients

4 cups Potatoes, cubed
1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup Ranch
2 Tbsp Grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Spray foil with non-stick spray and add potatoes
  2. Drizzle with dressing; mix gently
  3. Sprinkle with cheddar and Parmesan cheeses
  4. Fold and seal foil packet completely
  5. Bake 20-30 minutes in oven or on grill, flipping every 10 minutes
