Overnight French Toast Casserole
| 1 loaf sourdough bread (or french, brioche, challah, or pullman loaf) |
| 8 eggs |
| 2 c milk |
| 1/2 c heavy cream |
| 3/4 c sugar |
| 1 TBSP vanilla |
| TOPPING INGREDIENTS: |
| 1/2 c flour |
| 1/2 c brown sugar |
| 1 tsp cinnamon |
| 1/4 tsp salt |
| 1/2 c butter (cold, cut into pieces) |
