Aunt Jan's Spinach Dip
Ingredients
1 10 oz pkg frozen spinach, thawed, chopped, well drained
16 oz sour cream
1 oz pkg Hidden Valley Ranch Dips mix
1 round loaf Pumpernickel bread
Directions
Mix sour cream and ranch mix until well blended
Fold in spinach
Chill for at least one hour before serving
Hollow center of round bread loaf, separating removed bread into cubes for dipping
Fill bread bowl with dip
Serve with cubed bread and/or fresh vegetables
