Combine flour, butter and pecans until mixed well. Pat into a 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 375 degree oven for 15 minutes. Beat cream cheese and powder sugar together, fold in 2 cups of cool whip. Spread over crust. Spread lemon filling over creamed layer. Top with remaining cool whip. Can sprinkle some crushed pecans on top if desired. Chill
