Chuy Dip

Ingredients

16 oz. container of sour cream (I don’t recommend the light sour cream)
2 packets of Ranch dressing mix
1/2 cup cilantro, chopped finely
2 jalapenos, diced
Lime
2 – 3 Tbsp. buttermilk or milk

Directions

  1. Add the first five ingredients and 1 Tbsp of milk into the blender. Blend, then add the rest of the milk according to how thick or how thin you’d like the dip.
  2. Serve with chips or spoon it over, well, anything. Fajitas, enchiladas, tacos, just drink it straight from the blender.
