Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients

2 lbs round steak
1 can french onion soup
1 can golden mushroom soup
1/2 pint sour cream
4 1/2 ounces fresh mushrooms
to tastes salt and pepper
1 package egg noodles
1 tablespoon butter

Directions

  1. Cube steak and brown in butter.
  2. In a bowl mix soups salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour over beef and simmer covered for 1 1/2 hours.
  4. When tender add sour cream and mushrooms.
  5. Cook noodles according to package.
  6. Serve beef mixture over noodles.
