Potato Salad

Ingredients

8 Red Potatoes
5 Eggs boiled
1 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
2/3 cup Sour Cream
3 tbsp Red wine vinegar
2 tsp Mustard
1 1/2 tsp Dried minced onions
3 Tbs Sugar
1 tsp Celery seed (optional)
1/2 tsp Salt

Directions

  1. Cube and boil potatoes 15-20 minutes or until tender
  2. While potatoes are boiling, boil eggs 10 mins
  3. Combine the other ingredients pour over potatoes toss to coat.
  4. Chop and add eggs, refrigerate 6 hours or overnight.
