Stuffed Pepper Soup

Ingredients

1.5 lbs Ground beef
1 Red bell pepper
1/2 Yellow bell pepper
1/2 Orange bell pepper
1/2 cup Onion
2 Garlic cloves
29 oz Diced tomatoes
14 oz Beef broth
32 oz Pasta sauce
14 oz Tomato sauce
1 tbsp Worcester sauce
taste Garlic powder
taste Salt
1 cup Uncooked rice

Directions

  1. Brown meat in large pot with peppers, onions and garlic
  2. Add diced tomatoes, beef broth, pasta sauce and worcester sauce
  3. Added garlic powder and salt to taste
  4. Cover and simmer for 45 mins
  5. Cook rice while soup is simmering
  6. Serve soup in a bowl and add rice as desired
